Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, booking information, communications, and technical records needed to operate PHYSYVA. Therapist onboarding also includes professional qualifications, registration information, identity proof, and registration certificates.
How information is used
- Authenticate accounts and prevent unauthorized access.
- Review therapist credentials and publish approved professional profiles.
- Arrange appointments, payments, support, and service notifications.
- Maintain audit, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance records.
- Improve platform reliability using aggregated operational information.
Sensitive documents
Therapist identity and registration documents are stored in a private bucket and are available only to the submitting therapist and authorized administrators. They are not displayed on public therapist profiles.
Service providers
PHYSYVA may use Supabase for hosting and authentication, Vercel for application hosting, Razorpay for payments, Google Maps for location services, Resend for email, and approved WhatsApp or SMS providers. Each provider processes only the information required for its service.
Retention and deletion
Account, booking, payment, verification, and audit records are retained only for operational, safety, dispute, and legal purposes. Final retention periods and the deletion workflow must be approved before launch. Requests can be sent to physyva@gmail.com.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and withdraw optional communication consent. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, or legal obligations.
Security and contact
PHYSYVA uses access controls, private document storage, server-side secrets, and audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Report privacy or security concerns to physyva@gmail.com.
