Platform role
PHYSYVA is a marketplace that helps patients discover independent physiotherapists and manage bookings. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, therapists provide clinical services independently and remain responsible for professional judgment, treatment, records, and regulatory obligations.
Not for emergencies
PHYSYVA is not an emergency service and does not replace urgent medical care. For severe symptoms, sudden weakness, breathing difficulty, major injury, or another emergency, contact local emergency services or visit an appropriate hospital immediately.
Accounts
- Provide accurate information and protect OTPs and passwords.
- Do not share therapist or administrator credentials.
- PHYSYVA may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in ways that threaten patients, professionals, or the platform.
- Therapist accounts remain subject to verification and ongoing professional eligibility.
Therapist verification
PHYSYVA reviews submitted identity and professional registration documents before approving a therapist. Verification reduces marketplace risk but is not a guarantee of a particular treatment result or an endorsement of every clinical decision.
Bookings and payments
Appointment requests remain pending until the platform records the required confirmation and, where applicable, successful payment. Availability can change, and a therapist may request rescheduling when reasonably necessary.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false credentials, impersonate another person, scrape private information, bypass access controls, or interfere with platform operation.
- Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or unrelated material.
- Use respectful, lawful communication with patients, therapists, and support staff.
